What is the attire for the event?
We recommend business casual.
I plan to drive - where can I park?
The business deck will be open and free on October 6th. The deck can be accessed off of Skipper Bowles drive through the S11 open air parking lot. Due to construction, Kenan Center Drive is closed.
I plan to take an Uber/Lyft to the event - where can I be dropped off?
Due to Kenan Center Drive being closed, the drop-off area at the top of the business school can be accessed via Mason Farm Road (off of 15-501). Alternatively, dropping off at the Dean Dome is an option.
Where should I report to when I arrive?
Please go to the check-in desk at Level 2 of the Kenan Center, near Kenan Room 204. We will have signage and volunteers directing you on the day of.
What will I be provided at Check-in?
We will provide you with printed name tags (stick-on) as well as your schedule for the day. Breakfast will also be available. We can then show you to the holding area or the kick-off venue to get set up!
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, if you are a student, eduroam will be available. For all other attendees, you can connect instantly to the UNC Guest network. Please let an event volunteer know if you have any issues, and we can get in touch with IT.
What food and refreshments will be available throughout the day?
For breakfast we will be serving coffee and bagels in the check-in area. For lunch, we will be serving food from Mediterranean Deli, buffet-style. The ending networking session will include light refreshments, and other snacks will be available throughout the day. Vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options will be available throughout.
