A DEI expert with a decade of experience in both public and private sectors, Skyra is known for her Tedx Talk, keynote presentations, and international speaking engagements. Her work has been published in the International Economic Development Journal and she was recently chosen by NASA to be an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) plan reviewer to ensure that NASA-funded projects and science activities are aligned with their efforts to center equity in their work. Skyra is currently a senior DEI expert for a Fortune 10 global tech company.

Leslie leads government relations, civic engagement, and community efforts for 15,000+ Fidelity associates in the Southeast. After joining Fidelity in Boston, Leslie established Fidelity's public affairs and community relations function in North Carolina and continues to serve on the regional leadership team supporting efforts to more than quadruple Fidelity's headcount in the state. She currently oversees Fidelity's public affairs from Virginia to Florida
