Leslie leads government relations, civic engagement, and community efforts for 15,000+ Fidelity associates in the Southeast. After joining Fidelity in Boston, Leslie established Fidelity's public affairs and community relations function in North Carolina and continues to serve on the regional leadership team supporting efforts to more than quadruple Fidelity's headcount in the state. She currently oversees Fidelity's public affairs from Virginia to Florida
